We design every piece with comfort, movement, and everyday life with pets in mind.

If something doesn’t work out for your pup, we’ll make the process simple and fair.

1. Return Eligibility

We accept return requests within 30 days after delivery.

To be eligible, items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and unused
  • In original condition
  • Free from pet hair, stains, or damage
  • Returned with original packaging

We recommend trying items on your pet gently and indoors before extended wear.

2. What Can Be Returned

We accept returns for:

  • Size does not fit as expected
  • Product does not suit your pet’s body shape or comfort
  • Color or style preference changes
  • Received item differs from expectations

We understand every pet is unique — slight fit adjustments are completely normal.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Items marked as Final Sale
  • Customized or personalized products
  • Items that have been worn outdoors
  • Items that are damaged due to misuse or pet behavior (chewing, tearing, etc.)
  • Returns without prior approval

4. Return Shipping

  • For returns due to size, style, or preference reasons, return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
  • For returns due to defective, incorrect, or damaged items, we will provide a solution at no additional cost.

We always recommend contacting us before sending anything back so we can guide you through the easiest solution for your situation.

5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
  • Processing time: 5–10 business days
  • Processing time may vary depending on your payment provider

Please note:

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the issue is due to our error

6. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for:

  • Different sizes
  • Different colors (if available)

If the requested exchange item is not available, you may choose:

  • Refund
  • Store credit

7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives with any issue, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:

  • Order number
  • Clear photos or videos
  • Brief description of the issue

We will prioritize:

  • Replacement
  • Refund
  • Partial refund (depending on the situation)

8. Order Changes & Cancellation

Orders can only be modified or cancelled within 12 hours of purchase.

Once processing begins, we are unable to make changes.

9. Lost or Delayed Packages

All orders include tracking.

If your order appears delayed or not delivered:

  • Please first check with your local carrier
  • Then contact us if assistance is needed

We will support investigation when necessary.

10. Return Process
